Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Craftline Agency collects when you use craftlineagency.com or work with us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Craftline Agency is run by [Your full legal name or company name], [street address], [city], Latvia. We decide how your information is used, which makes us the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact: hello@craftlineagency.com.
What we collect
- When you fill in our form or email us: your business name, Google Business Profile link, email address, and, if you give them, your phone number and message.
- When we work on your profile: the public information on your Google Business Profile, such as your reviews, services and photos, and anything you send us for the job.
- When you pay: payment is handled by our payment provider (Stripe or PayPal). We see that you paid and the amount, never your full card details.
- When you visit the site: privacy-friendly visit statistics (pages viewed, rough country, device type). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn't track you across sites.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and tell you what's missing from your profile (legal basis: steps you asked us to take before a contract).
- To do the work you hired us for and to bill you (legal basis: our contract with you).
- To keep basic records for accounting and tax (legal basis: legal obligation).
- To understand how many people visit the site and which pages help (legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the site; no personal profiles are built).
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of providers to run Craftline Agency. Each only gets what it needs:
- Netlify, which hosts the website and receives form submissions
- Our email provider, for replying to you
- Stripe or PayPal, for payments
- Cloudflare, for cookie-free visit statistics
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where your information leaves the EU, it's protected by the provider's EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Form requests that don't turn into work: deleted after 12 months.
- Client records and invoices: kept for as long as Latvian accounting law requires.
Cookies
This site doesn't set cookies for tracking or advertising, which is why there's no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we'll ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send you a copy. You can also object to how we use it. Email hello@craftlineagency.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv) or the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be pointed out on the homepage.
