Terms of service
These terms apply when you use craftlineagency.com or buy a service from Craftline Agency, run by [Your full legal name or company name], [street address], [city], Latvia ("we", "us"). By sending us your profile or paying for a service, you agree to them.
What we offer
- Free profile check: we look at your Google Business Profile and email you what's missing.
- Done for you ($297): we write the full content described on our homepage and send it to you as a draft to read. Once you approve it and pay, we add it to your Google Business Profile using manager access you give us at that point, then remove ourselves once it's live.
- Guide only ($149): we write the same content and deliver it as a step-by-step guide that you apply yourself.
Prices are in US dollars and are one-time. There are no subscriptions unless you separately agree to one.
Paying
- Done for you: you read the full written draft before you pay anything. We send a payment link once you've approved it. Please pay within 7 days of approving. Nothing is published to your real profile until you've paid.
- Guide only: you pay when we deliver the guide.
- If you're not happy with the draft, tell us what's wrong and we'll fix it. If you're still not happy, you don't pay, and we never touched your real profile.
Access to your profile
For the done-for-you service, we don't ask for any access to your profile until after you've approved the draft and paid. At that point you add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile. We never ask for your password. We only publish what you've already approved, and once it's live and you've confirmed it's correct, we remove ourselves as manager. You can also remove our access yourself at any time.
Your part
- Check that what we write about your business is true, including your services, service area and hours, and tell us anything that's wrong.
- Only send us photos and material you have the right to use.
- Follow Google's rules. For example, never offer customers rewards for reviews.
What we can't promise
Google alone decides how businesses rank and which ones appear in search and Maps. We can't guarantee a ranking, a number of calls, or any amount of revenue. We also can't control changes Google makes to its products, or decisions it makes about your profile, including suspensions.
We're an independent service. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google.
Content we write
Once you've paid, the text we write for you is yours to use, change and keep. We may keep an anonymized copy, with your business details removed, as an example of our work. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us.
Responsibility
We do the work with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Ending the work
You can stop a job at any time before you've approved the draft and paid, and nothing will have been published to your profile. We may decline or stop a job, for example if the work would break Google's rules.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. If you're a consumer, you keep any protections of the country where you live.
